Steam-Distilled Rosemary Water (1 L)
Mecitefendi Rosemary Water (Biberiye Suyu) is produced by steam-distilling the leaves of Mediterranean rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). The result is a clear, fragrant aromatic water with the clean, resinous, pine-and-herb scent rosemary is known for.
A concentrated aromatic water, meant to be diluted: fill a quarter of a tea glass with rosemary water, top up with drinking water, and drink. Shake gently before use.
Store cool, dry and out of direct sunlight; keep the cap closed and refrigerate after opening.
