Extra Virgin Olive Oil — Early Harvest, Cold Pressed (750 ml)
Grown in the village of Çamoluk in Muğla (ancient Caria), our Gemlik olives ripen on a plateau surrounded by pine forests, nourished only by natural fertilizer — never chemical pesticides. Hand-harvested and pressed within a single day at just 17 °C, this early harvest oil keeps everything the olive has to give: an exceptionally low acidity of 0.3% and a polyphenol content of at least 450 mg/kg. Expect a fruity character with aromatic notes of apple, tomato, and lemon, finishing with the gentle peppery bite that signals truly antioxidant-rich olive oil. Perfect for drizzling, dipping, and everyday cooking.
Lavender Oil — 100% Natural, Food Grade (20 ml)
Distilled from Lavandula angustifolia grown in Turkey, this pure lavender oil contains no additives or artificial fragrances — nothing but lavender. Because it is food grade, one or two drops are enough to lend a subtle floral note to a dessert, drink, or dish, and it is equally at home in a diffuser, diluted in a carrier oil, or tucked into a scent sachet.
