Steam-Distilled Ferula Root Water (1 L)
Mecitefendi Ferula Root Water (Çakşır Kökü Suyu) is produced by steam-distilling the roots of the wild çakşır plant (a Ferula species of the Apiaceae family), gathered in spring from the Mediterranean basin. The result is a clear aromatic water with the warm, earthy, faintly resinous character of the root.
A concentrated aromatic water, meant to be diluted: fill a quarter of a tea glass with ferula root water, top up with drinking water, and drink. Shake gently before use.
Store cool, dry and out of direct sunlight; keep the cap closed and refrigerate after opening.
