Naturally Fermented Mastic Apple Vinegar (500 ml)
Mecitefendi Mastic Apple Vinegar (Sandaloz Sakızlı Elma Sirkesi) is made from 100% real apples with natural mastic gum, slowly fermented the traditional way for around 1.5 years — no additives, preservatives or chemicals. The result is a tangy apple vinegar carrying the cool, resinous, pine-like aroma of mastic.
Because it’s unfiltered and unpasteurised, a living “mother” may form after opening and a little natural sediment can settle at the bottom — both are signs of a living vinegar, not spoilage. Shake gently before use; store cool, out of direct sunlight.
It’s an aromatic twist on a classic: dress bitter leaves, marinate white fish or chicken, or stir a spoonful into water for a distinctive, palate-cleansing drink.
Produced by Mecitefendi in İzmir, Türkiye — a herbal-food maker since the early 1990s — in an ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (HACCP) certified facility, in line with the Turkish Food Codex.
