The Vitamin C 13 Serum is a brightening treatment built around 13% pure ascorbic acid, alongside a stabilized vitamin C derivative, niacinamide, and vitamin E, offering visible results at a gentler strength than COSRX’s 23% serum. It is a good starting point for people who are newer to vitamin C or find higher strengths irritating.
The lightweight, fast absorbing texture leaves skin looking brighter without the tackiness of some higher strength formulas, and it layers easily under moisturizer and SPF.
