Directions for Use
Adults: 1 dessertspoon (full) before breakfast and dinner
Individuals with dietary sensitivity (e.g., diabetics): 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach
During Ramadan: 2 hours after iftar, and 15 minutes before sahur
